Deployment Strategy:

It would have been much easier to pre-deploy a contract to create a new collection days before the merge. If we had chosen this route we would have only needed to focus on minting the tokens as the final “mint out” under PoW.

But that simply was NOT the way.

For the Lost Miners to stand up to the most discerning technological scrutiny from other developers and NFT participants it was critical that they be deployed as the final contract on PoW.

It was equally important for the entire token supply to be minted before the conversion to Proof-of-Stake.

We knew what “the right way” looked like but we also knew the seemingly insurmountable odds standing between us and success.

The following sections will explain the strategies and innovation used to beat the odds.
